چکیده
Abstract Background Co-creation strategies, such as cooperative planning, are promising a means to ensure that physical activity interventions address real-world problems and tailored the target group. This has already been validated in diverse settings. However, questions targeting transferability of planning new settings key factors influencing its success or failure remain unclear. At same time, co-creation processes complex, evaluation can be challenging. A RE-AIM evaluation of theory-based physical activity interventions.
Although physical activity interventions have been shown to effectively modify behavior, little research has examined the potential of these interventions for adoption in real-world settings. The purpose of this literature review was to evaluate the external validity of 57 theory-based physical activity interventions using the RE-AIM framework. The physical activity interventions included were ...

Young adult men are under-represented in health research, and little is known about how to reach and engage them in lifestyle interventions. This mixed-methods study aimed to explore young males' preferences for recruitment strategies, content, format (delivery mode and program duration and frequency), and facilitator characteristics for future physical activity and nutrition interventions. Ten...
